I.Overview
1. As the actuator of the valve control system, the reliability and controllability of the actuator are directly related to the safety of the equipment. The quality of its function will directly affect the overall level of automation.
2.Flowtell series electro-hydraulic actuator is an intelligent actuator which integrates hydraulic, electronic and mechanical technology. It not only has the characteristics of intelligent electric actuator and simple operation, but also has the advantages of high precision, high reliability, high life and large load capacity of hydraulic actuator. Modular design, small volume, simple structure, easy installation, debugging, maintenance, do not need a huge independent external oil supply source, simplified the system structur.
3.This series of products can be selected in three forms according to the different site conditions and installation positions:
1)Electro-hydraulic integrated, that is, the electronic control component is integrated on the actuator;
2)Electronic control split type, that is, the electronic control part is independent of the actuator, which is used for the actuator installation position is not easy to operate the occasion;
3)Power split, that is, the power module integrated electronic control unit is independent of the actuator, which is used in the pipeline vibration, high temperature occasions.

Ⅳ.Product structure composition

1. By frequency conversion (servo) motor, two-way hydraulic pump, hydraulic valve group, oil tank, etc. Variable frequency (servo) motor controls the running direction and speed of the gear pump. Once the cylinder reaches the predetermined position, the motor stops working, and the hydraulic valve group can ensure that the actuator is locked in situ. The size of the pressure in the loop depends on the size of the load, so there is no excess pressure and excess flow, high efficiency. Because it depends on the gear pump or solenoid valve to change the flow direction of the working medium, so the reversing impact is small, can be used for precise regulation, not restricted by start stop or reversal.
2. Control module:
Equipped with the integrated circuit board independently developed by the company, it can realize various logic intelligent control, with local control cabinet button control, emergency hand pump operation and remote automatic DCS control (can support remote control and visual LED screen) and other functions, and can be switched at any time. The control module can be integrated in the circuit control cabinet, or can cooperate with the electric control cabinet for high precision control, the control accuracy can be more than 2‰.
3. Oil cylinder:EFYG-EFYG-SCB series is driven by double acting cylinders: the failure position is usually FL under working conditions. The control type can choose different precision position sensor and frequency converter, in order to meet the different control accuracy requirements.
4. Emergency prot: Actuator standard with hand pump emergency interface. Optional local hand pump.
5. Installation bracket and accessories: Suitable installation bracket can be provided according to different brands of valves. The bracket has anti-rotation function and local indicator of travel. The mechanical limit switch or displacement sensor can be configured according to the demand.

. Demonstration of the type

1. Composition of the oil cylinder
1) This series of actuators for double acting cylinder, divided into single shaft and double shaft two forms, mainly according to the control requirements to choose.。
2) Double acting oil cylinders are used where F.L. is required, and an accumulator can also be used to achieve FO or FC.
3) The regulator cylinder is equipped with a direct stroke displacement sensor, the non-contact design can improve the service life of the sensor, the repeated positioning accuracy can reach ±10um. The sensor can set the starting point and the end point of the measurement arbitrarily within the range. The servo control system integrates the function of setting the sensor position, and can realize the automatic or manual check of the actuator stroke through the local operation button.
2. Technical characteristics of the oil cylinder
1) Linear oil cylinder adopts the structure design of high-strength cold-drawn seamless steel pipe and piston after derivative grinding, small size, strong and durable, high output efficiency, wide output force range;
2) The high pressure power of the hydraulic system makes the hydraulic actuator have smaller weight than the pneumatic, electric and other actuator;
3) The hydraulic medium is incompressible and the system has zero leakage and high pressure preservation, so that the electro-hydraulic linkage actuator has very high positioning characteristics.
4) Inflammable hydraulic liquid can be used as medium (such as phosphate ester EH oil, etc.) in high temperature and flammable occasions.
5)High precision position control and speed control can be realized by frequency converter and servo motor, so as to realize the adjustment characteristics of the valve.
Ⅵ. Hydraulic operating principle

1. Remote control to open the valve: the electric control box gives A signal to make the motor forward, drive the two-way gear pump to produce a high pressure oil source, into the actuator A chamber, at the same time the hydraulic control check valve opens, is the actuator B chamber hydraulic oil flow back to the hydraulic pump oil inlet; When the stem comes to the end, the actuator touches the limit switch and the limit switch sends a signal to the electric control cabinet. The electric control cabinet cuts off the power to the motor. At this moment, the hydraulic lock locks the valve position, thus completing the valve opening action.
2. Remote control closing valve: the integrated control cabinet gives a signal to reverse the motor, the working principle is the same as above.
Fault alarm: If the limit switch does not send an opening signal within the normal opening time, the system will send an alarm signal after the time relay delays for several seconds, so as to timely maintenance and protect the safety of the motor.
3. Emergency operation: Insert the interface of the hand pump into the interface of the emergency hand pump, and shake the portable hand pump to open or close the valve.

Ⅹ. Remarks:
1. Before installation, ensure that the cylinder, tubing, joints and other hydraulic components clean without any impurities adhesion.
2. The viscosity of hydraulic oil should be 15~68CST, and it should be clean and free of impurities. It is recommended to use 32# hydraulic oil.
3. This hydraulic power unit is suitable for horizontal or vertical installation.
4. After starting the operating system for the first time, check whether the amount of oil in the tank is sufficient.
5. The hydraulic fluid should be replaced after the first 100 hours of system use and every 3000 hours thereafter.
